1. Accuracy of Personalisation Data
Because our party packs are custom-made, we print names, ages, themes, and design requests exactly as you type them into our checkout form.
- Spelling and Grammar: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure all text, names, and numbers are spelled correctly.
- Errors: The Paper Boutique (Pty) Ltd will not be held liable, and will not offer replacements or refunds, for any printing errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
2. Payment & Order Confirmation
- Production on your custom order will only begin once full payment has successfully cleared into our account.
- We do not accept partial deposits or cash on delivery.
3. Secure Online Payments
- All online card payments and alternate payment methods on our website are securely processed through our trusted, PCI-compliant payment gateway provider, Payfast. Transactions are processed offsite in a highly secure environment and are fully protected by 3D Secure technology, which requires a secure One-Time PIN (OTP) or mobile banking authorisation to complete the checkout safely. 4. Design & Material Variation Disclaimer
- Screen vs. Print: Please note that slight colour variations may occur between what you see on your digital screen (phone/computer) and the physical printed party decorations, due to screen brightness configurations and ink-to-material printing settings.
- Third-Party Material Sourcing: Our raw materials (such as boxes, ribbons, fillers, and party favors) are sourced from external third-party suppliers. Therefore, final materials acquired and displayed may differ slightly from the exact display pictures on our website based on supplier stock availability.
- Communication: In the event of a significant material change or stock shortage, we will communicate directly with the client to discuss suitable alternatives before commencing production.
5. Print Quality & Paper Standards
We take pride in our workmanship. We exclusively use high-quality professional photo paper for all of our customized party prints. Each item is manufactured using the appropriate GSM (paper thickness and weight) specifically suited for its intended layout use (e.g., custom wrappers, favor boxes, or cake toppers), ensuring a premium, sturdy, and vibrant finish for your event.
