Shipping and Delivery Policy
Thank you for choosing The Paper Boutique (Pty) Ltd! Because all of our party packs are custom-made and individually personalised, your order undergoes a manufacturing phase before it is handed over to our courier partners.
1. Production Lead Times
- Standard Custom Orders: Please allow 7 to 10 working days for us to design, print, and assemble your custom party packs.
- Working days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.
- Production lead times begin only after your payment has cleared and all customisation details (name, age, theme) have been finalized.
2. Courier Transit Times
Once production is complete, your order is securely packed and dispatched via our courier network (e.g., The Courier Guy). Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Major Metros (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 1 to 3 working days.
- Regional / Outlying Areas: 3 to 5 working days.
Please note: Total time from order to doorstep is Production Time + Courier Transit Time. We highly recommend placing your order at least 3 weeks before your planned event.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the volumetric size of your order and your delivery address. You will be able to see the final courier fee before completing your payment.
4. Delivery Delays
While we guarantee that your order will be dispatched on time, The Paper Boutique (Pty) Ltd cannot be held legally or financially liable for unexpected delivery delays caused by courier logistics, extreme weather, or network disruptions.
